Quality Building Maintenance (QBM) is a privately owned commercial janitorial firm with nearly four decades of experience supporting Class A office and institutional properties throughout Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

Founded in 1986, QBM has evolved alongside the changing expectations of professional property management. While much of the industry remains reactive and outdated, we have continuously refined our service model to deliver consistent quality, operational efficiency, and measurable accountability at scale.
